Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles brings the classic back on September 30

Square Enix announced Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Alliance during today’s PlayStation State of Play.

This is a remaster of the classic PlayStation 1 tactics game, which also had an enhanced port on the PlayStation Portable. This new release will include both a classic version that combines elements of the PS1 and PSP versions along with a new enhanced version, with fully voiced dialogue, a new interface, and more.

Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles releases for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on September 30. We could likely still see it on other consoles.
